To include a theme from a level of a nearly 30 year old game shows a lot of devotion from the showrunners to the DuckTales franchise. It was written by Jake Kaufman, Mark Mueller and John Smith with obvious inspiration taken from the tune's original composer Hiroshige Tonomura.
The song is sung by Paget Brewster of Criminal Minds and Community fame. It's a delightfully poignant moment, made so especially if you have any kind of nostalgic attachment to the original game.
